• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such errors must be reported to 666pub immediately;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after funds have been used for wagering;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to obscure your actual geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

By registering a 666pub account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the 666pub Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

666pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed upon login. The amended Terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification unless a longer period is required by PAGCOR regulation. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or forfeited amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14.1. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2. In the event of a dispute between a player and 666pub, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting 666pub's support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in the first instance, before any judicial proceedings are initiated.

14.3. For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
